Our February 2021 Chi of the Month is a tribute to Boo Boo, in loving memory

This month’s Chi of the Month is a little different than usual. Boo Boo passed away on October 7, 2020. This is what Boo Boo’s mom wrote to us:
“My Boo Boo actually passed away on October 17, 2020. I’m not sure if that disqualifies her. If so, I totally understand. I just want the world to know how special she was.
About Boo Boo, Our February Chi of the Month:
“She lived for 12 wonderful years. My oldest daughter got her for a birthday present from her boyfriend when she was a junior in high school without my permission. Well, of course as soon as I saw her cute puppy self, I was hooked.
When my daughter moved out, I had to keep her. I was alone and going through a divorce. She helped me through all of that time period.
We live on the Potomac River and she loved to run on the beach and go for boat rides. I never realized how much of a family member she had become and how much SHE had spoiled US. So many videos and pictures throughout the year. She is greatly missed. ❤️”

My little Pebbles came to us in a similar way, from my youngest son. Our Chihuahuas always know when we are going trough hard times and they know just how to comfort us when we need it! Now the world will know just how special Boo Boo was!
